For many years, including 2023, we’ve boasted the number one public high school in the nation (The Early College at Guilford), along with other highly ranked schools in the arts, global studies and language immersion. We’re developing a national model for literacy for our multilingual learners, and our newcomer schools are thriving learning communities that prepare immigrant and refugee students for success in the American educational system.
