Mrs. C. Redfearn, a veteran teacher with a passion for teaching and her students, has been a dynamic and influential mainstay at Ben L. Smith for the past 6 years.  She daily supports her fellow teachers with her open-door policy and is the first to assist when a problem arises.  Both an asset and team player, Mrs. Redfearn freely contributes strategies, technologies and ideas with her colleagues.  She serves tirelessly as the Mathematics Department Chair and shares her wisdom as a mentor to beginning teacher mentees.  She is always there for others, especially her students in and outside of school.  We are fortunate to call Mrs. Redfearn a Golden Eagle.
