Rent the Eagle Rock!

The Southern Elementary PTA has donated a spirit rock that may be reserved by families to paint special messages for our students. 

Reservation guidelines:

• The cost to reserve the rock is $5.00  per day 

• Reservations run from 4pm the day before your reserved date until 4pm the day of. (For example - if you reserve the rock for Aug 25th, your reservation will begin at 4pm on Aug 24th and end at 4pm on Aug 25th)

• Paint/labor/supplies must be supplied by the person/family reserving the rock.

• The rock must be painted after school by the reserving party.

• The person/family painting the rock assumes responsibility/liability for all people involved.

• Paint may ONLY be used on the rock itself. Paint may not be used on the grass or surrounding property.

• What is painted on the rock must be in good taste and may not contain foul language, discriminatory remarks, or political remarks. Profanity and obscenities are prohibited.

• Southern Elementary School reserves the right to paint over anything deemed inappropriate.

The reservation fee is NON-REFUNDABLE, even in the event of rain or bad weather.

Reservations must include payment in the form of cash, check made payable to Southern Elementary PTA, or Cash App.

If using CashApp, please write “Eagle Rock” in the “For” section where it says “Add a note”.
