ConnectED message for the Week of September 11

Good Afternoon Parents,

This is Dwayne Jordan, Principal at Allen Middle School, calling with the schedule of events and announcements for this week.   

First off, to our 7th grade parents and scholars, be sure you submit your immunization documentation. We have approximately 112 7th graders that haven’t submitted this information yet. You have 30 days from the first day of school to do so. 7th-grade students are required to receive a Tdap vaccine as well as the Meningococcal conjugate vaccine (MCV).

We will begin passing out laptops next week. Please ensure you work with your scholar to ensure they take care of their school laptop and use it responsibly for academic purposes only. 

Be sure as you participate in our sporting events that you honor the district clear bag policy if you need to bring a bag to an event. Prices are 5 dollars for adults and 3 dollars for students. Credit cards are not accepted. There are pre-pay options through go fan so that you can get your tickets in advance.
