GCS Hires HICAPS/C2 to Manage Phase I Bond Projects

[May 28, 2021] GCS has hired a local company to manage the planning and implementation of $300 million in upcoming bond projects. HICAPS/C2, based in Greensboro, will oversee contractors and other vendors and ensure the projects are completed on schedule, on budget and in alignment with school construction code.
