Parents Guide to Accessing Canvas

Below is the information about Canvas, which is the program that all the teachers in the district are using to share lessons and materials. You can access Canvas online by logging into NC Edcloud at https://my.ncedcloud.org and then clicking the link for Canvas. You can also access Canvas by downloading the Canvas app on your phone. 

The username will be your child's student ID, which can be found on their IEP paperwork (If you need help finding their student ID, you can contact Gateway) the password will be the child's birthday in MMDDYYYY format. Full directions are below.
