All Freshmen returning to campus can enter as early as 9:35. First block classes will being at 10:15am for all learners, face to face and remote. Second block will begin at 11:40am for all learners, third block will begin at 1:30pm for all learners, and fourth block will being at 2:55pm for all learners.

Remember- all students will need to be screened into the building! Car riders should be dropped off at the front of the school. Bus riders will enter at the gym. All students will be asked attestation questions. Please feel free to download the Crisis Go app to streamline this process. Directions can be found attached to this message and we will share information with your child here at school. We will also screen temperatures each day. Please find attached other information that will help you as we transition to face to face learning!

Face to face students should bring their device, their charging cord and a bottle for water EACH DAY! According to our records, every Northeast student who needed a device received a device.

Brand new Chromebooks are on their way for all of our students!! They should arrive this week and we will begin handing them out this week!

Learning Hubs will no longer operate since we have returned to face to face learning. Thank you for your participation!

We look forward to welcoming freshmen tomorrow. Get some rest and we will see you soon!

Update from Principal Noel Keener

Last night the Board of Education agreed to a high school return by cohort beginning February 22.

Our cohorts will be divided by alphabet. Cohort A will attend face to face Monday and Tuesday. On these days, Cohort B will join remote live sessions. Cohort B will attend Thursday and Friday. On these days Cohort A will join remote live sessions. At this point, we believe Wednesdays will be remote for everyone.

Cohort A: Students with Alpha A-K

Cohort B: Students with Alpha L-Z

Cohort REMOTE: Students who will learn remote for the rest of the school year.

We will be sending letters with the school schedule, daily schedule, and your student's cohort on Feb 15. We will send these via Parent Portal emails on Feb 16. If your email is NOT up to date in Parent Portal, please update it! We are still solidifying the EXACT daily schedule. We assume there will be some slight shifts, but overall the day should have a remote start and end time simliar to our current schedule.

Families can still apply for their child to stay REMOTE for the rest of the school year. They should go to:

ALSO! Sports are still going on! Football practice has started and baseball and men’s and women’s tennis have started workouts. Call and ask for our athletic director, Coach Sharp, or email her at: for more details.

We are excited to welcome your child back to school! If you have any questions, do not hesitate to reach out.
