Monday Message from Dr. Curry

Good evening Parents,
This is principal Curry with your weekly updates.  Parents, tomorrow is the second day of end of year testing.  This is a very important time for us.  As a reminder, all students must be on time to enter the testing rooms.  No students will be permitted to test after the exams have begun.  Students who are late will be asked to return on a test make-up day to take their exams.  This means students must be in their classrooms at 7:20am for the remainder of this week.

Please discuss discipline with your students.  Any student who misbehaves during EOG testing will be dismissed, test canceled, and asked to return at the end of the year to retake their exam.  We will not run a suspension room during EOG testing due to the number of personnel needed to monitor exams.

All PTA members are invited to come to our SIT planning meeting at 2:30pm, tomorrow, in the media center to discuss our family engagement plan for next year and PTA nominations for next year.  Please contact Dr. Curry for more detail or if you are able to attend.

Completion Ceremony for 5th Grade will be June 5th at  9am.  Kindergarten Completion Ceremony will be June 6 at 9am.  All guest for both ceremonies must sign in the front office and park in the front of the school.  Due to spacing, please limit guest to immediate family members.  Awards Ceremony for 1st through 4th grades will take place on June 6th in the gym.

1st Grade 11:15am
2nd Grade 12:00pm
3rd Grade 12:45
4th Grade 1:30pm
