Here are this week's Shark Tank Happenings.
Thank you to everyone who helped out with our PTAs B2S dance. Our 3-5 students had a blast! We also want to thank those of you who attended our very first Turnup Tuesday awards celebrations. We are really working to create a culture where our students' hard work is recognized and you are a large part of that. Thank you!
Here are some dates for this week. Our 5th grade students will be taking their first math benchmark on this Thursday, Oct. 10th and our 3rd graders will take their first math benchmark this Friday, Oct. 11th. Please have students at school on time for these assessments.
Our next PTA function is our Trunk or Treat. This will be held on Saturday Oct. 26th from 2pm to 5:30pm and we need your help. Please help us by sending in bags of candy for this event. We have already begun collecting and want to make sure we have enough to last the entire event.
Looking even further ahead, we will have our 1st Quarter Report Card Pick up on November 14th from 4pm to 6pm. This will be a time for you to visit your child's classroom and pick up their report card. However, please note that if you have NOT had a parent teacher conference, your child will not be able to get their first report card. We want the chance to explain what the report card tells you as well as any strengths and weaknesses your child has based on our beginning of year testing.
