Parent Preference Form

As we prepare to bring students back to our classrooms for in-person learning, we want to make sure we understand your plans and preferences regarding in-person or virtual learning for your children, recognizing that these might have changed during the past two months. Filling out a preference form will help us better plan for re-opening and determine if we have the appropriate staffing to operate a remote learning option at individual schools. Please submit the form, either electronically or via paper/hard copy, no later than Noon on Friday, October 2nd.
