Celebrate Mrs Kitley's retirement

Loretta Rowland Kitley retired at the end of December. She has been principal of the EMC @GTCC Jamestown for 20 years. She will be greatly missed, but has plans to travel and watch her daughter finish play basketball at Virginia Tech.
